Viewing Hidden Files and Folders

This Tutorial will show you how to configure the settings on your Vista operating system so that you are able to view hidden files and folders.

Step One

From the Windows Vista default Start menu, click Computer.

Step Two

In the Computer window, click Organize, and then click 'Folder and Search Options'.

Step Three

In the Folder Options dialog box, click the View tab.

Step Four

In the Folder Options dialog box, click 'Show hidden files and folders'.

Step Fire

Click OK

Finished

Now you are able to view hidden files and folders within your vista operating system
