How To Delete Temporary Internet Files In Internet Explorer
Internet Explorer uses Temporary Internet files to store a copy of websites that you have visited so they load faster the next time you access them but this can lead to your computer running slow after a while. Deleting these Temporary Internet files can lead to your computer running more smoothly and with better performance.
Step One
Click on the Start Button
Step Two
Click on Internet Explorer
Step Three
Click on Tools
Step Four
Click on Delete Browsing History...
Step Five
You can delete each one on its own, if you would like for example to keep the passwords. but other then that click on Delete All
Step six
Tick the box that says Also delete files and settings stored by add-ons then click Yes
Step seven
You will now see the image below on your screen letting you know that windows vista is deleting the files (this may take a while)
Temporary Files Deleted
You have now deleted all Internet Explorers Temporary files and you should notice a difference in performance if you was experiencing poor performance before hand.
